Why Lotus Brim
Manufacturing
One workshop, run by experienced cap makers, with production lines organised by cap type. Here is how we work and what to expect.

The workshop
Lotus Brim is the export brand of Xưởng May Nón Tân Hưng, a Ho Chi Minh City workshop that has been making fabric headwear for more than ten years. Production lines are organised by cap type, with in-house cutting, sewing, embroidery and printing, so we control quality and timing from fabric to finished cap.
We take orders of every size: from 20 caps for a café uniform to 20,000 pieces a month for retail and export programmes. Every batch is checked before it leaves the workshop.
