Why Lotus Brim

From design to finished caps.

01

Factory-direct pricing

You work with the workshop that cuts and sews your caps. No trading-company markup in between.

02

Project-based quantities

Order quantities are assessed by style, colour, materials and decoration. We confirm the practical minimum in your quotation.

03

Sample before production

Sampling scope, fees and timing are agreed before development. Bulk production follows written approval of the sample and specification.

04

A clear production plan

Materials, available capacity and your required date are reviewed before we confirm a production schedule.

How it works

From brief to boxed caps in six steps.

  1. 01

    Brief & feasibility

Share the style, quantity by colour, adult use, U.S. destination and required date. We assess materials, pricing and project requirements.

  2. 02

    Sampling plan

Agree the sample specification, development fee, revisions and courier costs before we make your sample.

  3. 03

    Approval & order

Approve the sample and specification in writing, then confirm the contract, payment milestones and production-release conditions.

  4. 04

    Production

Bulk production follows the approved materials and sample, with checks during manufacturing.

  5. 05

    QC & payment

Complete the agreed final inspection and release checks. For T/T orders, the balance is due before physical handover to your carrier.

  6. 06

    Handover & follow-up

Delivery terms and the named handover point are agreed in the contract. We coordinate shipment information and follow up on receipt and any claims.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask us

What is your minimum order quantity?+

We confirm the practical minimum for each style, colour, material and decoration in your quotation. Share your intended quantity so we can assess the project.

How long does sampling take?+

Sampling time, fees and any revisions are confirmed after we review your design and material availability. Sample and courier costs are agreed before development or dispatch.

What is the production lead time?+

We confirm a production window after reviewing the specification, quantity, materials and available capacity. It starts after the agreed approvals and payment conditions; international transit and customs clearance are separate.

Can you embroider or print our logo?+

Yes. We do flat and 3D embroidery, screen printing and heat transfer, on the front, sides or back of the cap.

Which markets and products do you currently support?+

Our current export programme focuses on the United States and ordinary adult headwear. We are not accepting new projects for other destination markets, children's products, protective headgear or unverified UV/UPF and antimicrobial claims at this stage. Tell us the intended states of sale and any onward distribution plans.

How are importing and delivery arranged?+

Initial projects can be quoted FCA at a named location in Vietnam, Incoterms 2020. Delivery terms are agreed per project. Please identify the U.S. importer and customs broker; if these are not yet arranged, let us know so we can clarify the responsibilities before confirming an order.

How do payments work?+

The deposit and payment milestones are agreed in the contract. For orders paid by bank transfer (T/T), the balance is due after final QC and before physical handover to your nominated carrier. Other payment arrangements require separate written agreement.

How are quality claims handled?+

Inspection criteria, claim periods, remedies and any warranty are agreed for each order. Keep the batch details and evidence of any issue, then contact us promptly. Sample approval does not replace the agreed product requirements.
